| Rates effective April 16, 2013. Rates are subject to change without notice. Rates and terms are based on approved credit and may vary depending on credit worthiness. Longer terms may be available for qualified borrowers at an increased rate of 1.00% per additional year. Credit worthiness is determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to credit score, debt ratio, and length of employment. The rates quoted above assume automatic payment from your SLO CU account or via payroll deduction and an open and active checking account. A rate increase of 0.25% will be given for any payment not made by payroll deduction or automatic payment. A rate increase of 0.25% will be given for any member who does not have an open and active checking account at the credit union. Active is defined as any transaction within the past 30 days. If payroll deduction or automatic payment is discontinued or the checking account becomes inactive or is closed, the APR will increase to the current rate and any increase in the rate will result in more payments of the same amount until what you owe has been repaid. |
